From the first cup of coffee to the closing reception, sponsorship opportunities are designed to connect your organization with attendees in meaningful and memorable ways.

All Sponsors Receive

• Website recognition — Your organization’s logo and name featured on the WEconnect event website, with a link to your website.
• Event program recognition — Your logo and name included in the official event program distributed to approximately 300 attendees.
• Swag bag inclusion — Provide a promotional item, flyer, or special offer to be included in attendee swag bags distributed to approximately 300 guests. Materials must be received by November 10, 2026.
• Sponsor Lounge exhibitor table — Connect directly with attendees at an optional staffed table where you can share materials and showcase your organization throughout the day.
