Workshop Focus Areas
Each week of Digital TestLab is designed to help you improve a specific part of your online customer journey. You’ll start by tightening up your brand so that your visuals, messaging, and tone feel clear and consistent across platforms. Then, you’ll learn how to create content that brings the right people to your website through social media and community engagement. From there, we’ll focus on building simple, effective landing pages and email campaigns that encourage visitors to take action—like signing up, booking a call, or making a purchase. Finally, you’ll make key improvements to your website so it’s easier for potential customers to navigate and follow through.
